Latest vessel arrives at Bodewes shipyard for fitting out
Built in the Ukraine, finished in the Netherlands

On Tuesday 14 August 2007 VICTORIADIEP (Hull NoNB 658) arrived at the Bodewes shipyard in Hoogezand, Holland for final outfitting.

The vessel left the Zaliv shipyard in the Ukraοne, where she had been launched, on 28 June 2007 and arrived in Emden one month later.

Last Monday it left the drydock in Emden for the last part of the journey to the Netherlands' yard where it arrived the next day.

The vessel is planned to be delivered to it's owner at the end of this year.

Increasingly, European shipbuilders like Bodewes are sourcing out the building of the hulls of ships to cheaper yards in countries like the Ukraine and Poland and doing finishing work at their own shipyards
