SEA PRINCESS crippled by propulsion problems
14 day Mediterranean cruise cancelled

The cruise ship SEA PRINCESS was due to leave Southampton in Sunday for a 14 day cruise to the Mediterranean, but at the last minute the cruise was cancelled.

Nearly 2000 passengers who had paid anything up to £1500 for the trip were told they had to return home.

It is understood there were problems with a propulsion unit that engineers were unable to fix.

Princess Cruises say all passengers will receive a full refund and will get a 25% credit for future bookings
